Residents in West London have been reporting to us that the cleaning and grounds maintenance in their communal areas has left much to be desired. So, we carried out further spot checks and reviewed the service you’ve been getting and are delighted to let you know that we’ve contracted a new cleaning company to cover the Hillingdon, Hayes, Hounslow and Isleworth areas. We’ve been using this company to rave reviews over in Slough and Reading for a couple of years so were delighted that they have agreed to expand their area of operation just for Co-op Homes. The timetables of their scheduled Middlesex visits will soon be displayed in common areas.
