We were delighted this week to welcome new residents into the first block of our new development, The Fountain, in New Malden. For us, witnessing the joy of families receiving keys to their new homes was truly heartwarming and inspiring. Our employees commented that they loved being a part of the team effort to get people signed up for their new homes and seeing some of our new residents' little children already making friends that they'll grow up with for many years to come.
Moving into this new development will make such a difference to our new customers lives as they told us:

The next tranche of this development will be ready for letting in December, so it will be a very happy Christmas for all involved.
